We stock Cameras to suit CCIR / PAL TV System used in Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom and many European countries. ** Plug Packs (Mains Adaptors / Power Supplies) supplied with most equipment usually have Australian / New Zealand style pins and 240 vac 50 Hz mains input, these will probably not suit the mains power voltage / frequency or sockets in other countries. The voltage and current requirements, DC input socket type and dimensions are listed for each product, this information can be used to source a suitable Plug Pack in your country. United States of America, Japan and some other countries use EIA / NTSC TV System (Please Read this) our Cameras would only be compatible when used with a Multi-Standard (CCIR / PAL) TV, VCR, Monitor, etc.

Many products: Cat-5 Video Baluns, Capture Cards, Software, VIDEO-VGA+, VGA-VIDEO, Transmitters, Switchers, Digital Video Recorders, TCP/IP Cameras & Servers and Automatic Iris Lenses are compatible with PAL / CCIR and EIA / NTSC TV Systems.

We can supply Cameras to suit EIA / NTSC TV System on an indent order basis, delivery is 3 ~ 6 weeks, minimum quantities of 20 + and order values of $5000 + apply (Please Read this).

PAL = Australian / European Colour TV System
EIA = USA / Japan Monochrome TV System
NTSC = USA / Japan Color TV System

!! IMPORTANT note about TV Systems & DIGITAL RECORDING !!

Although the CCIR/PAL cameras that we stock are incompatible with USA / Japan TVs and VCRs they can often be used to advantage with our Digital Video Recording Systems for HIGHER RESOLUTION IMAGES than possible with EIA/NTSC cameras.

For example:

PC Digital Video Recording systems usually capture images at 320 x 240 or 640 x 480 resolution (76 800 or 307 200 pixels) using EIA/NTSC cameras, capture resolution is often 384 x 288 or up to 768 x 576 (110 592 or 442 368 pixels) using CCIR/PAL cameras - that's 44% MORE DATA.

With CCIR/PAL Cameras the capture resolution of our DVMRs is 20% Higher than with EIA/NTSC Cameras.

WARRANTY

Allthings Sales & Services Voluntary Warranty is One Year (except items listed below or specified otherwise on Product Web Page), is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable. We warrant that products sold by Allthings Sales & Services will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the Warranty period specified, that they correspond with the description in our Catalogue at time of purchase, are fit for the purpose described in our Catalogue at time of purchase and are of merchantable quality.

Software programs and software driven equipment are supplied on the strict understanding that the seller does not guarantee the intellectual contents to be free from errors.

Warranty on items priced/invoiced at less than $60, Spare Parts, Miscellaneous Sale and Specials is 30 Days unless otherwise stated on Product Web Page.

There is no Warranty on items that are supplied "Free-of-Charge" or supplied "in error" (not listed on receipt), Batteries included with or fitted to products are supplied "Free-of-Charge".

Processing of claims for Hard Disk Drives may be take longer than usual as we must return HDD to our supplier who in turn returns it to the manufacturer...etc. Our experience is that HDD failure is very rare.

If a product we have sold is received by us within the warranty period together with a copy of our Sales Receipt and a written description of the fault and we can determine that the problem is due to defective materials or faulty workmanship we will, at our option, either repair or replace the product, or refund your money and take back the product.

Allthings Sales & Services does not accept any liability beyond this and does not accept any liability for consequential loss.

Allthings Sales & Services Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, electro-static discharge, electrical spikes due to lightning or induction, reverse or over-voltage. Warranty is void if units are opened, modified in any way (includes software / firmware), PCBs drilled, probed, soldered or otherwise tampered with.

Warranty is void if any Serial Number, Identification, c-tick or other labels have been removed, re-attached, damaged or otherwise tampered with.

Allthings Sales & Services Warranty is subject to us being able to determine that failure was due to defective materials or faulty workmanship and was not caused by or substantially contributed to by other factors, or circumstances beyond our control, including (but not limited to) electro-static discharge, electrical spikes due to lightning or induction, reverse or over-voltage, defective installation, maintenance or repair, alteration or modification of the product or any neglect, misuse or excessive use.

Allthings Sales & Services Warranty does not extend to and we are not liable for any damage to articles to which a product is attached or with which it is used, or for the consequences of a product being used for any purpose for which it has not been designed or for which its use is not recommended.

Voluntary Warranty applies at our discretion if any monies owed to Allthings Sales & Services remain unpaid or were paid later than 30 days after Invoice date.

Statutory Warranties: We exclude from our contract with you all of the terms, conditions and warranties which are implied by statute or by the general law in contracts for the supply of goods and services, to the extent that their exclusion is permitted by law.
