Warranty Claim Procedure

If you need to claim Warranty on a product purchased from Allthings Sales & Services please contact us by e-mail and provide us with a detailed description of the problem, item Catalogue Code, Serial Number and a copy of Invoice/Receipt, if appropriate we will suggest solutions to resolve the problem.

If suggestions to solve problem are unsuccessful we will e-mail a RAN (Return Authorisation Number).

Parcels containing goods returned under Warranty must be clearly marked with the RAN issued by us.

Parcels without a valid or visible RAN will not be accepted.

Each RAN is valid for one item and must match the product authorised for return.

RAN is valid for 14 days, we must receive the parcel within this period otherwise the parcel will not be accepted.

* Parcel must contain a copy of all correspondence relating to problem.
* Parcel must be clearly marked with RAN and addressed as follows:

If product is not defective, is physically damaged or fault has been caused by improper use it will be returned to you.

Allthings Sales & Services will test all products returned as defective within 7 business days of receipt. Some products may need to be returned to the manufacturer for additional testing or repair.
