To create JPEG image from Printable Order Form using Windows XP:

(1) expand Internet Explorer Web Browser (F11) to fill window then press Keyboard "Prt Scr" key.

(2) open "Paint" (Start/Programs/Accessories) from "Edit" menu select "Paste".

(3) from "File" menu select "Save".
