Warranty
ONE YEAR
Unless otherwise specified.
Kits, Sub-Assemblies, all Wireless
TX/RX Modules, KitSets, Transmitters, & related RF devices, Demonstration PCBs,
Evaluation PCBs, Free-of-Charge, Miscellaneous Sale & Surplus items excluded.
A TWO, THREE, FOUR
or FIVE YEAR WARRANTY applies to selected products.
An EXTRA THREE MONTHS WARRANTY applies
when Mains "Plug Pack" is purchased and used with with some Cameras.
An EXTRA ONE YEAR WARRANTY to TWO
YEARS applies when Mains "Plug Pack" is purchased and used with most Quads and
Multiplexers.
Warranty is limited to the original
purchaser and is not transferable, we warrant that products (except
excluded items that are listed above) sold by will be free from defects
in materials and workmanship for the period specified above.
If any defects in a product we have
sold are identified and the product is received by us within the warranty period
together with a copy of Purchase Receipt and a written description of the fault
and we determine that the problem is covered by our Warranty we will, at our
option, either:
repair or replace the product, or
refund your money and take back the
product.
does not accept any liability beyond
this, and does not accept any liability for consequential loss.
Warranty does not cover damage caused
by improper use, electro-static discharge, reverse or over-voltage. Warranty is
void if units are opened, modified, PCBs drilled, probed, soldered or otherwise
tampered with.
Warranty is void if any Serial
Number, Identification, c-tick or other label has been removed, re-attached,
damaged or otherwise tampered with.
liability is subject to us being
satisfied that a defect was caused by defective workmanship or materials, and
was not caused by or substantially contributed to by other factors, or
circumstances beyond our control, including (but not limited to) defective
installation, maintenance or repair, alteration or modification of the product
in a manner not recommended by us or any neglect, misuse or excessive use.
Warranty does not extend to, and we
are not liable for, any damage to articles to which a product is attached or
with which it is used, or for the consequences of a product being used for any
purpose for which it has not been designed or for which its use is not
recommended.
Statutory Warranties
We exclude from our contract with you all of the terms, conditions and
warranties which are implied by statute or by the general law in contracts for
the supply of goods and services, to the extent that their exclusion is
permitted by law. Where the goods purchased are of a kind which are not
ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use or consumption, then
our liability in respect of a breach of warranty implied under Division 2 of
Part V of the Trade Practices Act is limited to the replacement or repair of the
goods.
