OverNight or ThreeNight delivery by AaE - WE DO NOT DESPATCH GOODS BY ANY OTHER METHOD - Parcels can be addressed to a PO Box or c/- Post Office.

OverNight: small Satchel $17, large Satches $24 (Maximum 5 kg), OverNight service is also available for large/heavy items.

ThreeNight: lower cost service for large/heavy (6 + kg) items.

Carrier provides next Business Day (OverNight) or 3 Business Days (ThreeNight) delivery within the "Central Business District" of most mainland capital cities during business hours (8AM-5PM) Monday to Friday, delivery outside CBD and to remote locations may take longer. Our endeavour is same-day despatch of Orders received before 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (GMT 04:00). (CBD = Primary business district of a city, which has the area's major governmental offices and professional and retail businesses)

Someone must be in attendance (8AM-5PM Mon-Fri)  to accept and sign for goods, an additional $20 charge applies for a second and each subsequent delivery attempt. (Parcels can be addressed to a PO Box or c/- Post Office)

INSURANCE is available for 'loss in transit', cost is $5 for a Satchel, ask about cost for multiple items.

Tracking is available On-Line www.aae.com.au or by Telephone 13 12 13, carrier is Australian air Express.

We will do our best to meet delivery estimates but cannot accept any liability whatsoever for failure to do so and failure to meet a delivery date shall not prejudice any contract. Delays occur occasionally due to industrial action, weather, transport disruptions, etc., etc.

To minimise costs and maintain our LOW prices we do not operate costly Showrooms or other facilities for Personal Shoppers, GOODS CANNOT BE COLLECTED FROM OUR WAREHOUSE or despatched by any other method.
