BalUns for transmission of common composite Video over a single twisted pair in a Network Cable. 4 individual signals can be carried over a single, flexible, easily-installed, low cost 4 pair UTP Cat-5, Cat-5e, Cat-6 LAN or Telephone Cable. Single-Cable-Solution, use spare pairs in a 4 pair Network Cable to carry Power & Audio & Data (RS485). These passive BalUns are suitable for transmission up to ~600 Metres using high quality UTP LAN Cable, we recommend testing to assess results with 120 ohm impedance UTP Telephone Cable. Active Amplifiers can be used at Transmitting &/or Receiving ends to compensate for high-frequency-attenuation (image detail, colour) & other losses.
