Cat Code: Skew-Correct only $199 if you have purchased VGA-Dist1+1 or VGA-Dist4+1 within last 30 days, otherwise $299 This Device is designed to compensate/equalise VGA & Component RGB / YPbPr Images that have become Skewed or shifted due to long Cable runs and unequal conductor lengths due to variations in Twist rate. Any variation in the length of the Red Green Blue conductors will cause Skew that will become more pronounced as Cable-Length, Resolution or Refresh rate are increased. If all three RGB Pairs are of equal length Skew will not occur, however in practice the number of Twists in each Pair does vary, this variation affects the timing of the signals arriving at the Receiver resulting in a horizontal displacement of the Red Green Blue images on the Monitor. A difference in length of just one half of one percent (0.5%) can result in a one Pixel horizontal displacement @ 1600 x 1200 x 85 Hz and 300 metres.

Resolution: Up to 1600 x 1200 @ 85 Hz, 30 ~ 95 Kilohertz Horizontal, 50 ~ 180 Hertz Vertical.
Termination/Output: Input Signals are Terminated and Output Signals are Buffered to maintain quality.
Delay: Maximum 62 nanoseconds (~ 10 pixels @ 1600 x 1200 x 85 Hz), adjustable in 2 nanosecond increments.
Adjustment: Each Colour can be moved smoothly Left or Right, settings are saved and last state applies when powered on.
Input: VGA (RGBHV) Analog 75Ω, 0.7Vp-p, Horizontal & Vertical TTL Sync via HD15 female socket. Custom made Cable required for Red Green Blue or YPbPr signals.
Output: VGA (RGBHV) Analog 75Ω, 0.7Vp-p, via HD15 female socket. Custom made Cable required for Red Green Blue or YPbPr signals.
Control: Left/Right Push Buttons on Front Panel for each Colour.
Power: 12 Volts DC Regulated ~ 120 mA via DC Socket (Australian/NZ 500 mA Plug Pack Power Supply included).
Dimensions: excluding sockets ~ 133 x 71 x 44 mm, ~  grams.

About Skew....
